This policy states the uses VeloxitySI permits for the website and for Separator, and the uses it refuses. It is part of the terms of use.
Dated 6 November 2026
This policy applies to the website at veloxity.si and to any Separator preview. A production agreement may add duties. It does not grant a permission that this policy refuses.
The customer may use Separator to assign a type to a request and to route that request for a system the customer operates, or is engaged to integrate, where the use complies with applicable law and with the terms of each model the customer calls.
The customer shall route a request only to a system the customer operates or is authorized to call. A preview key is not authority to test, scan, or enter a system that belongs to someone else.
The customer may attach a model it already calls, by a key or an endpoint that belongs to the customer. The name of that model may be the name used by its publisher. Attaching the model does not make VeloxitySI the publisher, and it does not set aside the terms of that publisher. The decision record still names the lane that received the part.
The customer may attach an endpoint it hosts, including a model published without a refusal layer from a vendor. The weights stay on the cloud of the customer. VeloxitySI does not download those weights, does not host them, and does not describe the output as the work of a different model. The customer is responsible for the endpoint and for the law that applies to what it returns. The allow-list still applies.
The customer shall not use the website or Separator for any of the following. To break applicable law. To probe, access, or disrupt a system the customer does not operate and is not authorized to test. To conceal which model produced an output. To evade the safety policy of a model vendor on that vendor's own service. To send a request to a lane the allow-list has removed. To present a design target, including a time under 10 milliseconds, as a measured production benchmark. To treat the website console as a production router. The console is an illustration and it does not call a model.
Dividing a request into smaller calls does not create a permission the original request lacked. Each part remains the request of the customer. A part that the allow-list refuses stays refused. Separator does not hand that part to another lane in order to fill the gap.
The visitor shall not interfere with the website, attempt to read data of another visitor, or submit a form in order to impersonate VeloxitySI. A contact form on the website may confirm a message in the browser. Confirmation on the page is not, by itself, delivery of mail.
VeloxitySI may suspend a preview key or an integration that breaches this policy, or that presents a risk to the service or to other customers. Notice will be given where doing so does not increase that risk.
A report of abuse of Separator, or of this website, may be sent to [email protected]. The message should describe the use and, where known, the time and the integration. VeloxitySI will read the report. This policy does not promise a particular reply time.
VeloxitySI may update this policy by publishing a new version on this page. The date of the version is stated on the page.
Questions about this policy may be sent to [email protected].
