These terms govern use of the website at veloxity.si and any Separator preview key that VeloxitySI issues. A production agreement, where one is signed, controls production traffic.

The website at veloxity.si is published by VeloxitySI, an Xythera company. In these terms, VeloxitySI means that company, the visitor means any person who opens the website, and the customer means a person or organization that receives a preview key or that attaches a model to Separator.
The website describes Separator, a routing product. It is an informational site. Opening the website does not create a paid subscription, a support contract, or a commitment that a key will be issued.
Consoles, diagrams, and animations on the website run in the browser of the visitor. They show the shape of a routing decision. They are not the production router. They do not transmit text typed on the website to a model or to VeloxitySI. A figure shown beside a decision, including a time under 10 milliseconds, is a design target for the illustration. It is not a measured production benchmark.
Where VeloxitySI issues a preview key, the key is for evaluation and for integration work. VeloxitySI may limit, suspend, or withdraw a preview that presents a risk to the service or to other customers. The preview may change or end without becoming a production service. The customer is responsible for storing the key. It is shown once at issuance.
Paid use, a volume commitment, a support term, and a data-processing term are agreed in a separate writing before production traffic is accepted. These website terms do not set a price, a service level, or a court. The production writing, when one exists, states those matters.
The customer keeps the content it submits. A preview processes a request in order to produce a routing decision. VeloxitySI does not use preview prompts to train a foundation model. The text of a prompt is omitted from a decision record unless the customer turns that logging on.
Separator may be placed in front of a model the customer already calls, and in front of an endpoint the customer hosts. The key or the endpoint remains with the customer. VeloxitySI is not the publisher of Claude, Grok, ChatGPT, DeepSeek, or any other named model. Use of a named model remains subject to the terms of that publisher.
A gift to the VeloxitySI Foundation, where a Stripe payment link is published, is voluntary. It does not purchase a key, a lane, a support term, or a change to these terms. VeloxitySI does not store the card number. Stripe collects the payment. The link, when one exists, is configured for the website and may be absent.
Use of the website and of a preview is subject to the acceptable use policy at veloxity.si/legal/acceptable-use. That policy is part of these terms.
The website, the mark, and the text VeloxitySI publishes remain the property of VeloxitySI or of its licensors. The visitor may not copy the site into a product that presents itself as Separator. Names of third-party models remain the property of their publishers.
The website and any preview are provided as they stand. VeloxitySI does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, that an illustration matches a future production release, or that a design target will be the latency of a production decision. To the extent the law allows a disclaimer, VeloxitySI disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement in respect of the website and the preview.
To the extent the law allows a limit, VeloxitySI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or of a preview. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited. These terms do not choose a court and do not name a governing law. A production agreement, when one exists, is the place for that choice.
VeloxitySI may suspend access to a preview key or to an integration that breaches these terms or the acceptable use policy, or that presents a risk to the service or to other customers. Notice will be given where doing so does not increase that risk.
VeloxitySI may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The date of the version is stated on the page. Continued use of the website after publication is acceptance of the updated terms for the website. A signed production agreement does not change merely because this page changes.
