Security

Security statement

The controls that can be inspected are the decision record, the allow-list, and the key issued for an integration.

1. Scope

This statement describes the security controls of the Separator preview operated by VeloxitySI, an Xythera company. It is not a certification, an audit report, or a representation that a particular compliance regime has been assessed.

2. Keys

A preview key is issued for a named integration and is scoped to an environment. The key is displayed once at issuance. The customer is responsible for storing it. VeloxitySI may suspend a key that threatens the service or other customers.

3. Allow-lists

Routing cannot select a model that the allow-list has removed. The refusal is returned as the decision. It is not replaced by a call to a different model.

4. Decision logs

A decision record contains the type, the contract, the model identifier, the latency, and the parts. The text of the prompt is omitted from the record unless the customer enables that logging. Region selection for storage is an enterprise control and is agreed in writing.

5. Isolation of lanes

A part does not receive the context of another part. Where a request is divided, each part is a separate call. That separation is the control, not an additional policy applied after the fact.

6. Transport

The application programming interface accepts requests over HTTPS only.

7. Limits of this statement

This page does not state that VeloxitySI has completed a SOC examination, a HIPAA assessment, or an independent penetration test. Customers who require those materials should request, in writing, the documents VeloxitySI is able to provide.
